Challenge:
Create a scalable, easily maintainable design system that elevates the brand and infuses joy and optimism into every customer experience.
Story:
WellLife Network is on a mission to make mental, emotional and physical well-being universal rights celebrated by all. JM Studio worked with their stakeholders to elevate the WellLife brand and site, ensuring all touch points mapped back to their mission, vision and values.
We created a design strategy built around the concept of a “family album” — a collection of moments and memories that showcased the entire community of individuals at WellLife. It paired authentic imagery with an illustration style that served as a connective tissue. This design strategy mapped directly back to the new positioning — what it's like “Being There.”
On the digital side, the site was in serious need of an upgrade. The sitemap was bloated and page content wasn't written for the scan-ability or ease of use. In a nutshell, the site had forgotten who it’s user was. With the help of the WellLife team, we drastically simplified the site structure and completely reimagined site content.
