Bold360 solutions deliver a simpler and more dynamic customer experience, enabling employees to take on more complicated challenges and giving them the freedom to think. To grow. To solve bigger problems and to be human when human is needed most.
With the launch of their AI solutions for customer experience centers, they required a campaign that delivered on their positioning of "technology that humanizes the customer experience" underpinned by a strategy that was simple, relevant and smart. The solution was an engaging series of illustrations that showcased use cases for the technology featuring a friendly bot that eliminates all the pains of a modern customer service center.
