Challenge:
Show how Avaya’s products and offerings create customer value.
Story:
This type of project has been known by various names—infographic, topology, marketecture, among others. Essentially, the objective was to craft a compelling visual that highlights Avaya’s core value proposition: “Innovation Without Disruption.” The concept is straightforward—rather than requiring businesses to abandon their existing infrastructure and workflows, Avaya enhances them with AI, cloud, and hybrid solutions. Our approach was to develop an interactive graphic that starts with customer pain points and visually maps out the innovative solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. At a glance, the viewer might perceive an engine, symbolizing business growth and acceleration.
